Lensfield medical Practice are looking for a Notes Summariser/Administrator. Do you have an eye for detail? Could you summarise and code patient medical records?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, well organised GP Practice in Central Cambridge. The position is a varied role in a fast paced environment, which would suit a motivated person with a can-do attitude.

We have a culture where staff they know they are appreciated and feel empowered to make decisions about the work they do.

Excellent training and coaching will be provided. We are looking for the right person to join our team, previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential. We offer a great working environment with opportunity to develop and progress.

Main duties:
Reviewing medical records and producing an accurate summary of the patient’s medical history onto the practice clinical computer system.
- Read Coding the information into the Practice clinical system
- Auditing data collection standards in the Practice
- Monitoring progress of notes summarising against Practice targets
- Transcribe and code relevant information from hospital letters.
- To provide support to our Medical Secretary, GP Admin Assistant and Patient Services Department during leave.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-37.5 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
