We are looking for a well organised, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Paediatrics team as a Lead Medical Secretary. You will be responsible for the line management and supervision of a team of medical secretarial staff and provide full secretarial support to the consultants within Paediatrics.

The ability to work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent leadership skills are essential. You must be able to liaise with staff at all levels, in a confident manner, be willing to learn and be able to work both independently and within a team. You must be well presented, friendly and welcoming to all and uphold our values of Kind, Safe and excellent at all times.

To be responsible for the line management and supervision of a team of medical secretarial staff and to ensure a cost-effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service. To provide full secretarial support to the consultant within Paediatrics. To act as a role model for other members of the team.
