**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Transcribe, proofread, and edit documents
- File and maintain paper and electronic records
- Perform data entry and update databases
- Assist in customer support activities as needed
- Payroll experience
- Sage knowledge is desired

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in using Microsof programmes and Sage
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
