Hospice Care Assistant for Hospice at Home

We have an exciting opportunity to work within our brand new Hospice at Home team.
Working under the direction of the lead nurse, participate in the provision of family centred care for children and young people (aged 0-25 years) within the home who have a range of complex needs or who are palliative and at the end of life. This will involve duties which cover 7 days per week, with the flexibility to do nights, upon discussion.
The post holder will carry out a wide range of duties including personal care, as part of the hospice at home team. As an HCA you will deal with a variety of people and contribute to the overall performance of the team by being a proactive and enthusiastic team member.
