**Customer Service Representative**

**Home Working Available/Hybrid or onsite (1 week office, 3 weeks home) /Fully remote available**

**Salary -£21,000-£24,000**

**If working in the office own transport preferable for full training provided if onsite (outskirts of York)**

**WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS-**
- Reporting to a Customer Contact Team Leader, the Customer Service Advisor role will include, but not be limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

- Establishing new customer insurance policies
- Servicing and administering existing customer insurance policies
- Liaising with insurance brokers in the administration of their customer requirements
- Developing and maintaining a rapport with customers to actively encourage a strong brand relationship and customer retention
