Quality Assurance and Complaints Officer

We are on the lookout for a Quality assurance and Complaints Officer who will be based in our London office.
Reporting to the Branch Manager UK, your new role will see you supporting the Quality and Complaints teams.
This is a blended role. In relation to Quality Assurance, the role will ensure we continuously meet the needs of the business and deliver a great customer experience through conducting quality evaluations of customer interactions.
This role is responsible for investigating and responding to complaints at all stages, meeting applicable industry, regulatory and internal timeframes in an accurate and consistent manner
Your days will revolve around the following:
- Be a point of reference for quality evaluations
- Maintain effective Reporting of QA findings and results
- Receive, allocate, investigate, and address customer complaints at all stages
- Prepare internal and external data reporting and commentary on complaint management, outcomes and trends
Here’s a checklist to help you work out if the role is right for you
You most definitely have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance complaint management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality assurance role
- CIP/APA Irish qualification, or relevant nationally recognised insurance qualification for the UK (ACII qualifications)
- Strong knowledge of Travel Insurance
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Willingness to keep up to date with developments and legislative requirements in Travel Insurance across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong presentation skills and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Flexibility
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word and Sharepoint
- Embraces change and works well under pressure
- Works well within a team environment and independently
