As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Office Administrator/Coordinator at DCS Services LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and supporting various administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing our Shared Inbox efficiently, handling inquiries and ensuring prompt responses.
- Assisting with AdHoc administrative tasks related to finance and operations, maintaining accurate records.
- Updating project trackers and files, keeping key stakeholders informed about project progress.
- Coordinating the ordering of materials to ensure seamless project execution.
- Booking travel and hotel arrangements for our team members when required.
- Assisting with procurement activities, including vendor management and processing purchase orders.
- Generating and issuing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to our clients and following up on payments.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

- Previous office experience that demonstrates your ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Good knowledge of Excel and its functions, enabling you to manage data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- The capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for accuracy in data and information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A team player with a positive attitude, willing to collaborate and support colleagues.

**Desired Skills (not mandatory but a plus)**:
While not essential, the following skills and experiences are desirable:

- Previous experience in a construction, facilities management, or IT infrastructure-based role, which will enable you to understand our business better.
- Experience scheduling works, managing timelines, and coordinating activities efficiently.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, facilitating smooth financial & operational processes and record-keeping.
