We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated individual to join our Head Office in Ormskirk to support our growing network of franchisees.

Do you have recruitment experience and a passion for social media? We are looking for a unique set of skills in both recruitment and social media marketing.

Poppies, established in 1980’s, is a leading domestic cleaning business. Poppies UK has a franchise network of 20 branches across England with an exciting growth plan for 2023.

This is a great experience to work within a fast paced business environment, gain knowledge and learn skills, including some project management.

**For this role you must**:

- Experience in recruitment
- Experience in creating innovative social media posts and running multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Have the ability to write engaging blog posts
- Enjoy writing and have an excellent level of grammar and written English
- Be comfortable and experienced with Microsoft Office 365
- Desirable to have studied Marketing
- To be a successful applicant for this role you maybe a recent graduate or already hold a Recruitment or Marketing Assistant role._

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Business Administration and Analysis**:

- Executing, reporting and analysis of Sales and KPI Performance for the franchise network
- Manage franchise product purchases, tracking and invoicing
- Developing new reporting or manuals on ad-hoc basic based on business needs
- Support the franchise support team with projects and incentives
- Project management of Staffing as required by franchise outlets
- Support with the creation of a Learning and Development content and platform
- Day to day admin to support Company Director

**Recruitment**:

- Manage recruitment campaigns for franchisees, including writing adverts and promoting across various platforms
- Conduct applicant screening
- Liase with franchisees to arrange face to face interviews

**Marketing and Other Administration**:

- Manage franchise network social media accounts
- Developing consistent marketing material for outlets
- Updating the company websites with key information
- Ensuring company news stories shared via our PR supplier, expand our online presence
- Assist with travel and other hospitality booking
- Assist with newsletters

This is a part time role of around 25 hours per week, for an initial 6 months contract.
