Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced Office manager who has experience of scheduling workloads for field based staff to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.The main purpose of the Office manager is to assist in the management of a team of FieldService Engineers. Providing technical advice and support to them and your customers.
We are proud to work with a long standing and well-established business in Romsey that specialize in providing home access equipment. Offering bespoke solutions to a variety of sectors from design through to install and aftercare.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- To plan and prioritise own work from field reports, insurance reports and customer information to ensure compliance
- To offer tsupport andguidance to field engineers and customers.
- To provide input for and create quotations to customers.
- Technical liaison with field Service Engineers to ensure that their recommendations and requirements are understood and organise, and equipment and parts needed as necessary.
- To assist in the planning and Co-ordination of training for field staff
- To provide assistance to allow processing of orders.
- Support of out of hours escalation function.
You will have experience in scheduling, planning or managing workload for field based teams. Experience within a similiar industry or sector such as Installations, Electrical, Engineering would be highly advantageous as you will be reading interpreting technicaland electrical schematic drawings and providing advice to engineers and customers.
This is a Full-Time role, offering some flexibility over 5 days in the Romsey Office. Working 42.5 hours a week, 8.30 - 17.15 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 13.00.
