**Location**: Chesterfield, S41 7SL (Office-Based)
**Reporting to**: Central Operations Lead
**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Data Management Efficiently collate and supply data and information to operational colleagues to support business activities.
- Report Generation Produce accurate and timely reports that contribute to the strategic analysis and decision-making processes.
- Call Log Management: Manage call logs, ensuring all communications are recorded and followed up on as necessary.
- System Updates and Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in internal systems, including Nourish and Sonar, ensuring all data is accurately updated and managed.
- Meeting Participation: Actively take part in meetings, contributing to discussions and following up on actions and tasks derived from project meetings.
- Process Administration: Administer process policies and procedures, ensuring all operations adhere to established standards and regulations.
**Qualifications**
- Experience: Previous experience in data collation, administration, and report production is essential. Some project management and social care experience would be an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Must be highly competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within the Central Operations Team and across different departments to achieve business goals.
- Education: A degree in business administration, project management, social care, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
