We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Account Executive to join our herd.

**About us**

We’re a different breed of agency with a strong focus in property, working with leading names in the sector, ranging from national housebuilders through to SME’s and smaller local developers. Our core focus is gaining incredible editorial coverage for our clients and their developments in national, regional, local, trade and business publications.
- We provide the perfect balance between strategy, creativity, and delivery, all supported by a strong team with extensive knowledge and experience in the property industry.

Our close-knit team is made up super friendly people who strive to help each other feel fulfilled, positive, and collaborative on a daily basis. We operate a hybrid workplace, for us this means three days in our ‘share workspace’ and two days from home.

**As a valued member of our team, you will**

Be responsible for managing a portfolio of property clients and become the voice of the client internally, ensuring that the clients’ needs and requirements are clearly understood and acting as an advocate for their brand at all times. You will be key to shaping the profile of our clients and the reputation of Antler.

**The day-to-day**
- Taking and defining briefs
- Preparing quotes
- Setting up jobs on our internal systems
- Managing workflows and keeping jobs on track
- Taking responsibility for the success of the job/project in terms of client satisfaction, overall quality and financial performance
- Co-ordinating the resources of the agency to deliver against the clients’ requirements
- Developing the account to secure future opportunities for growth.

**Key skills**
- High levels of communication and written skills
- A keen understanding of (and ideally experience in) the property industry
- Outstanding organisation and time management, with an ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Flair for creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation
- Strong copywriting and marketing mastery
- An understanding of digital marketing
- Commercially aware and business savvy
- Service focused and sensitive to confidential information
- Enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently with mínimal supervision
- Be happy to leave your ego at the door and understand that we’re in this together - we respect each other’s ideas and expertise and work collaboratively towards a common goal

**Your experience and expertise**
- A marketing/journalism degree or experience in a marketing role. Property experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Proficiency in project management
- Excellent written, spelling, and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- High level of attention to detail
- The ability to stay flexible and work well under pressure

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Location: Southampton - three days in the office, two days from home (if this doesn’t work for you, please talk to us, we’re big advocates of flexible working)

**Qualifications**

Graduates with relevant degrees in marketing/journalism are desirable. However, a lack of qualifications aren’t necessarily a barrier to entry if you can demonstrate strong interpers
