**Location: Hybrid - Peterborough (Office 2 - 3 days per week)**

This is an exciting opportunity to join team Amur, working with a friendly and supportive team in a varied role.- The Commercial Support Coordinator / Administrator plays a key role in the relationship between our business and key suppliers and customers, helping manage and influence day to day activity and requirements in conjunction with the commercial team and the wider business functions. Our Anaerobic Digestion business works with food and drink manufacturers to take waste product and re-use it for making energy or other additives, helping to create a more circular agriculture industry.- In this role you will be primarily responsible for providing efficient administration support to the AD team including the Commercial support executive, Account Managers, Sales and Category Managers.- As part of this role you will ensure that all legislative and commercially required paperwork and processes are in place and adhered to in conjunction with the wider teams and functions for waste feedstock transportation, procurement and sales.- We are looking for some previous experience in an administration and/or a customer service role with an interest in and ability to learn about our Anaerobic Digestion business and marketplace.**What you'll be doing**:

- Setting up customer and supplier accounts.
- Working within and supporting a busy team in an ever changing business.
- Following up customer, supplier and haulage queries
- Ensuring process is maintained to allow customers to be invoiced on time and suppliers and hauliers to be paid in good time.
- Collation of data & co-ordinating the despatch of loads on AX with relevant departments
- Invoicing and general administration in-line with agreed business processes.
- Maintaining accurate records to meet compliance requirements ie. Waste Transfer Notes & spot checking the inhouse process meets our legal obligations
