Commercial Administrator

**What you'll be doing**
As a Commercial Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist the Commercial Team to produce accurate live forecasting, by updating cost ledger information within the forecasting reporting tool.
- Actual costs are reviewed and monitored against budget areas and timesheets,
reporting either weekly or otherwise as agreed.
- Provide reports on actual costs vs. budget.
- Records of deliveries (GRN’s) are undertaken in a timely manner.
- Communicate and chase supply chain on delivery updates.
- Assist the Commercial Team in administering the early warnings process.
- Assist the Commercial Team in producing Payments.
- Assist the Commercial Team in producing Final Accounts.
- Ensuring that proper records are kept & maintained so financial information for audits and cost assurance is readily available.
- Assisting with any other administrative duties as necessary including minute
taking and meeting bookings.
- Working in collaboration with the Commercial Teams, Delivery Teams and Site Teams.
**Who we're looking for**
The following experience and skills will be essential for this role:
- A proven track record in working in an administrative
function, within a commercial function
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Excel to Intermediate level
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
- Eye for detail
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- Positive attitude and ability to integrate into teams
