Administration Assistant (Finance)
Rowley Hall Hospital, Stafford
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Business Administration department at Rowley Hall Hospital.
This position requires an individual who consistently exhibits a positive attitude and takes ownership of issues to resolution. You will have excellent communication skills with demonstrable computer proficiency (MS Office, primarily Excel). Attention to detail and accuracy is essential as is the ability to effectively time manage a busy workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Cash Posting and uploading data onto Cashbook
- Processing card payments
- Reconciling cash sheets
- Raising invoices and payment allocation
- Preparation of weekly cash collection
- Processing refunds
It is essential that you have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- An excellent standard of computer literacy to include experience in Word & Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- The ability to work on their own and within a team
- The ability to time-manage
- Experience using SAP an advantage but training will be provided

Rowley Hall Hospital is one of Staffordshire's leading private hospitals located in a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park, only five minutes from the centre of Stafford. The hospital opened in 1987 and currently has 13 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. Two fully equipped theatres with ultra clean air technology are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement and spinal surgery.
