**Executive Assistant**who has previous experience in a Personal Assistant / EA role supporting senior level executives with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment is required to provide high level administrative supportto the company’s Group Chief Operating Officer and her team based in Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales.

**SALARY**:£30,000 per annum

**LOCATION**:Hybrid. Split between working remotely from home and the office in Cardiff (3 Days in the Office and 2 Days from Home)

**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Executive Assistant who has previous experience in a Personal Assistant / EA role supporting senior level executives with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment is required to provide highlevel administrative support to the company’s Group Chief Operating Officer.

Working as an Executive Assistant you will have the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

As an Executive Assistant your role will be split between the company’s Central Cardiff office and home with occasional travel to their Leeds & London office for face-to-face meetings with the Group COO and other team members when required. This is a Realopportunity to be the Group COO’s right-hand business support and be a valued key part of the global team.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as an Executive Assistant will include:

- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- Meeting organisation and preparation
- Minute taking ensuring actions are followed up and managing the team on outcomes
- Creating presentations and formatting documents
- Booking international travel
- Inbox management
- Expense processing
- Timesheet processing
- Various Ad-Hoc administrative requirements
- Establish good working relationships with PA's of clients and internally across the group

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Extensive previous experience in an EA / Personal Assistant role supporting at senior executive level
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changeable environment
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) with aptitude to learn new software, Apps and systems
- Ability to design/edit presentations and materials
- Exceptional organisation skills, attention to detail and a highly professional approach
- Ability to handle a high-volume, multi-stream workload with autonomy
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Committed to delivering incredible customer service
- A can-do attitude
- Flexible & adaptable to the needs of the business
