**We are looking to recruit a Youth Mental Health Practitioner working with young people aged 16-25 in Montgomeryshire.**
**Location**:Blended - home/community/schools and colleges across north Powys
**Hours**: 21 hours per week
**Salary**: £12.90 (unqualified) / £13.72 (NVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 or equivalent) (+ up to 6% employer pension contribution)
This post has a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025.
An exciting opportunity to provide one to one specialist mental health support to young people aged 16-25, predominantly in north Powys, to enable them to take small steps on their mental health recovery journey by providing the right support, when and where they want it, to manage and improve their mental health and wellbeing.

**INTERVIEW DATE: Monday 18th March 2024 in Llandrindod**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
