Sales Support Administrator

The main responsibilities and duties of the role are below:
- Assist with organising appointments, travel and events.
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Processing sales quotes and orders.
- Ensuring prices and contracts are up to date.
- Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
- Attend meetings and take notes/minutes (internal & external).
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
To be successful you will ideally have worked in a sales team before providing Admin and client liaison support, or you will be a strong administrator looking to move into a busy sales department. In addition, you will be highly organised, able to prioritiseyour own workload, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong Microsoft Office skills and have experience entering data into systems.
