Sales Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an expanding international business near Fleet. The Sales Administrator will be looking after existing customers, answering queries, processing orders, managing deliveries, and always providingfantastic customer service.
**The Sales Administrator will be responsible for**:
- Handling daily incoming queries from international partners and customers
- Answering enquiries regarding stock levels, lead times, and prices
- Processing orders and completing all relevant paperwork
- Order placement, progressing, and fulfilment
- Creating quotes and following up on them
- Liaising with customers to manage delivery expectations
- Daily communication with the warehouse and workshop.
**We’re looking for**:
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar team-based role, ideally working with international partners
- A confident, outgoing character with previous Customer Service and Sales Admin experience
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- A flexible approach, a team player who is always striving to foster a positive team
- Articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focused with the ability to build good working relationships with customers and colleagues.
