Night Support Workers- Bournemouth

Academics are **urgently** seeking **NIGHT** Support Workers to join a residential home in Bournemouth.
They are looking for Support Workers who can cover Night Shifts between Monday-Sunday. The shifts are 8pm-8am and it is a 4 nights on 4 nights off rota.
- To be considered for this role you must have a valid UK driving license._
This would suit a Support Worker with experience of working in either a care or special needs environment or someone with a genuine interest and passion for supporting others as all training is provided.
The role of a Support Worker involves:

- enabling young people to develop and make progress
- providing physical, emotional and nurturing support
- working as part of a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment
- ensuring health, safety, care and welfare of young people a priority
- As part of the vetting checks you must have a clear, valid DBS or be willing to submit one. _
