You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives and be an active member of their community.

**You’ll be**

**Providing care at night** - supporting service users with their needs throughout the night

**Ensuring high quality support** - is provided for people of all ages to enable service users to achieve their goals and aspirations

**You’ll need**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion and a can-do attitude
- A responsible, dedicated and a flexible approach to work
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

No previous experience or qualifications are required. When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Training Academy where you’ll learn how to deliver high quality support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£11.90 per hour
