Children North East is a large North East based children’s charity that works across the region, with some work extending across England, Wales and Scotland. We exist because growing up can be hard. We want all babies, children and young people to be happy and healthy, and to grow up feeling safe and loved, resilient to the challenges they may face, and valued and confident.
We have a vacancy within our Communities Service for a Volunteer Project Co-ordinator to take forward our current volunteer programme. This exciting post is to coordinate our volunteer programme which offers opportunities for suitable volunteers to support the delivery of services across our Communities Team offering families a broad range of support. The role of the Project co-ordinator is to recruit, train and support our volunteers to add this value to the work we undertake.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £28,034.00-£30,770.00 per year
