The Company

Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a growing financial services company in their search for a Jira Co-ordinator.

The Role

As a Jira Co-ordinator you will oversee Jira projects within the organisation. You will ensure that Jira tickets meet the quality assurance standards, are allocated to the appropriate teams and are updated promptly. Other key responsibilities include:

- Allocate Jira tickets to the appropriate teams, taking into account team capacity, expertise and project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address roadblocks and facilitate communication among team members
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules and status reports
- Provide training and support to team members on Jira best practises and workflows

The Requirements

**Key requirements**
- Strong understanding of Jira workflows, issue types and permissions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
