- We’re now looking to recruit a Senior Customer Collaboration Lead to join our brilliant Logistics Team.- The customer collaboration lead will need to build engagement with indentified customers and be comfortable operating in new territories, often dealing with ambiguity with a self starter mentality- Understand the needs of the customer, translate and communicate as the voice of the customer into the wider demand planning and logistics team, whilst being the voice of Molson Coors to the customer- Deliver world class customer service and interaction aligned to the strategy of first choice for people, customers and consumers- Holding frequent communication with the customer to understand volumes and delivery requirements, translating these outputs into the wider demand execution/demand planning & logistics teams- As part of the Senior CC team, supporting the improvement of data handling and analytics within the function, to ensure data integraty and inqusitivity is at the front of our day to day**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with logistics and commercial teams to deliver customer service/experience metrics for identified accounts.
- Responsible for the effective communication of service pinch points, and any mitigating actions including supporting supply planning descisions on line changes, based on customer network availability.
- Accountable for effective relationship management at appropriate levels internally and externally to Molson Coors, & ownership of the customer forecast and execution within the Integrated Busines Execution Zone
- Regular communcation of customer service and relationship status into wider logistics and commercial teams, through DDS meetings & customer MFSTs.
- Sku subs & allocations accountability to ensure service is maintained for all customers, where thresholds are exceded
**About You**
- Logistics experience in a customer facing environment essential
- Strong data integrety and analytical skill set, with proven ability to interpret & manipulate data to drive action
- Proven record of strong collaboration with customers
- Strong communicator internally and externally across multiple levels in an organization
