Planning Coordinator

**Planning Co-Ordinator £26,250 - Chester/Hybrid**

Reporting into the Head of Planning, the Planning Co-Ordinator will provide support to the wider Planning department at one of the UK's largest independent/family run food manufacturers. Hybrid working is available, along with these incredible benefits:
- **Salary of £26,250**
- **Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm - 37.5 hours per week (plus “emergency” on-call approx. 6 weekends per year)**

**THE ROLE**
The Planning Coordinator will work as part of a team of fifteen, and the main duties include:
- The administration of product exports to various countries
- The processing of export certification
- Data reconciliation and solving data discrepancies in relation to customer deliveries and customer invoices
- Checking delivery paperwork
- Confirming delivery figures for weekly submission to the accounts team
- Spreadsheet maintenance
- Resolving queries from customers, hauliers and suppliers
- Organising and booking haulage
- The creation and maintenance of purchase and sale contracts, and ensuring these are sent out to customers and suppliers on time
- Booking all deliveries into the site
- Out of hours duty cover on a rota basis
**ABOUT YOU**
You will be an experienced administrator, as well as having/being:
- Excellent Excel skills
- Self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Previous experience of working within a manufacturing setting desirable
