Chester Hospital | Property and Facilities | Fixed Term Contract - 1 year | Full Time | Salary up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience

37.5 hours per week

As our Maintenance Coordinator at Chester Hospital, you’ll bring strong people and budget management experience as well as significant experience within a similar role with an equivalent level of responsibility (desirable) You will also have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

The main purpose of this role is to manage our facilities at the hospital.

**Also, as our Maintenance Coordinator, you will**:
To coordinate the delivery of high quality facilities services

Plan and develop the operations of the department with input into wider business planning, improvement and development

develop a maintenance plan and redecoration schedule for the hospital working with key staff to identify and understand priorities.

Manage and control business relationships with external suppliers such as CBRE and / or other agencies to ensure cost effectiveness

To take responsibility for ensuring that the hospital grounds are kept clean and tidy.
