**Internal Account Manager Role**
This role would be joining our Dundee hub who are currently operating as one of the leaders in the local marketplace, with an annual turnover of around 3 million (Company £13 Million). You will be tasked with covering a select number of accounts around the Dundee area including Perth, Angus, Fife and Aberdeen, working with a dedicated external business development manager, with the sole aim of growing new business and developing the existing customer base. Reporting to the Dundee Branch/Sales Manager, your role is very much a ‘full sales cycle’ role. You can expect to manage a portfolio of existing customers, providing service reviews, and growing usage, whilst focusing dedicated time to new business generation alongside our external sales team too.
Being able to plan and organise your time effectively, is a big part of the role. You will be outgoing, approachable and will be skilled in building lasting relationships with key customers. We are known for providing exceptional service, and this role is no different.
**Internal Account Manager Key Duties**:
- Working with a dedicated external business development manager, you will require excellent communication and team working.
- Creating and implementing a business plan for allocated territory to maximise sales & deliver excellent standards of customer service & support.
- Working to set Sales and Gross Profit forecasts.
- Maintaining and developing existing key accounts, whilst also identifying prospective companies and working to make them Ferrari Packaging customers.
- Working with and updating bespoke CRM system to follow up all leads, enquiries/quotes.
- Providing a consultative approach with customers, creating effective solutions to meet their needs.
- Creating bespoke quotes and converting to sales, all with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Having the ability to multitask and manage ongoing projects is a must.
- Developing/maintaining a strong knowledge of all packaging solutions and full product range.
**Do you have the correct profile?**
We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced sales professional (ideally minimum of 1 years' experience, specifically with strong CRM usage). You will be an effective negotiator, with the ability to actively build strong relationships via first class communication and influencing skills. You will enjoy genuinely ‘adding value’ to customers as your prior experience will already have seen you selling a solution. Selling with integrity, you will be accustomed to ensuring customers are fully satisfied and will be able to illustrate a recent track-record of success in meeting sales targets.
**Our Benefits**
- Basic Salary of Between £22,000-28,000 (depending on experience)
