Export Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As an Export Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and streamlining our international shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare and process export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and third-party logistics providers to monitor shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions, invoices, and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and managing any export-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an export or logistics role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
