Claxton are looking to hire a Marketing Assistant, on a full-time permanent basis. Based at their facility in Great Yarmouth or Aberdeen, the Marketing Assistant is to provide a comprehensive and efficient updating and re-templating of the Cutting & Decom Segment Sales & Marketing materials and literature, as well as manage the segment social media marketing and coordinate the segments participation in exhibitions and events.

**Duties**
- Liaise with Project Engineers, Product Leaders, Sales, and Commercial teams to arrange for their input into the updating of all the Sales and Marketing literature.
- Utilise pre-defined templates and formats to update all the DDS Sales and Marketing literature.
- Build / improve templates and formats for Sales and Marketing literature.
- Utilise a document register to prioritise the updating of all the documents.
- Create and manage the segment social media strategy and postings.
- Support the segment with all events and exhibition requirements.
- Other general administrative tasks as set by Sales & Commercial Director.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a minimum of GCSE/ 'O' Level (Including English).
- Degree in related discipline would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of ADOBE software and other software used for Sales and Marketing materials.
- Experience within similar role would be beneficial however not essential.
- Proficient at using Microsoft Software including, Word, Excel, PPT for Sales & Marketing Material and Literature.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and monitor/control activities effectively.
- Attention to detail and accurate.
- Able to deal with a diverse workload.
- Driven to complete/finish tasks.
- Good communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Flexible/adaptable to work demands.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated.
