As an Arcade Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere within our arcade. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining arcade equipment, and ensuring a safe and entertaining environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, providing information about arcade games and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an overall positive experience.

**Game Maintenance**:

- Perform regular checks on arcade machines to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment to the maintenance team promptly.

**Cash Handling**:

- Maintain cash drawer and adhere to all cash handling procedures.

**Safety and Security**:

- Monitor the arcade area to ensure the safety of guests.
- Enforce rules and guidelines including Challenge 25 to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment.

**Cleanliness**:

- Keep the arcade area clean and organized.
- Restock redemption prizes and maintain a visually appealing environment.
