The post holder works closely with the Head of Admissions and Marketing to provide a professional and high quality admissions service to all enquirers, applicants and their families, both from the UK and abroad. The main responsibility is for supporting the admissions process for all courses at Bath Academy.

The Admissions Assistant works collaboratively to deliver a high quality standard of support, ensuring that services are efficient and effective. As the first port of call, current and relevant information needs to be provided in a timely manner. The post holder will provide administrative support to ensure that procedures are adhered to and specific projects are effective.
- Admissions assistant involvement in the recruitment process is to support the Head of Admissions and Marketing.
- Meet with families and prospective students when Head of Admissions and Marketing is not present.
- Act as the first point of contact for all new enquiries to the college via phone, face-to-face or electronically in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative and practical support for activity related to Taster Days, Transition Days and Trial Weeks.
- Ensure that all admissions data is accurately recorded and tracked
- Manage the enquiry pipeline - receiving, logging and promptly following up on all enquiries
- Where parents are not able, or do not wish, to visit the school but would like to apply, managing an enquiry through to Application
- Follow up, closing and reporting on enquiries
- Schedule and confirm timings for personal tours / visits to the college
- Produce daily/weekly enquiry status and new enquiry pipeline performance reports
- Close the loop with parents post -college visit and follow up in order to progress parent enquiry
- Meet with families and prospective students when Head of Marketing and Admissions is not present
- General administrative support duties to ensure the smooth running of the Admissions to the college

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
