**Job overview**:
We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to support our busy clinic. You will provide a front of house service to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service based in Crewe
- which contains a number of Mental Health and Wellbeing Services. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.

We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality mental health services to our young people within the locality.

We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.

**Main duties of the job**:
This role will involve answering telephone queries for our Children's Mental Health services within Crewe, including contact with service users, carers, families and professionals, and dealing with or forwarding / redirecting telephone calls as appropriate.

Applicants should have an enthusiastic, professional and pleasant manner at all times and have a flexible, “can do” approach. You will be someone who uses their initiative, common sense, and has excellent communication and organisational skills. Service with a smile goes a long way

Full training will be given.
