We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to support our Front of House team as part of Place Based 2 Administration Hub.
You will provide a front of house service to Delamere Resource Centre based in Crewe- which contains a number of Mental Health and Wellbeing Services. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the resource centre.
We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.
CWP has adopted the Living Wage.
Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below the Living Wage, pay will be supplemented to this level.
This post is fixed term for 6 months to cover Maternity Leave - possible opportunity for extension of this contract.
This role will involve answering telephone queries for our Community Mental Health services within Crewe, including contact with service users, carers, families and professionals, and dealing with or forwarding / redirecting telephone calls as appropriate.
Full training will be given.
