**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
The Global Social Media Senior Specialist will work within the BCG’s Global Social Media team driving and executing BCG’s global social media content and channel strategies. As part of a team of social media marketers, this individual (they/she/him) will work to raise BCG’s profile globally and drive meaningful engagement and touchpoints with the firms target audiences on a day-to-day basis.

The key responsibilities for this individual are as follows:

- Create highly engaging social media content for all channels, especially LinkedIn
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across several practice areas to advice on social strategy and best practices for their content marketing objectives
- Develop channel strategies that showcase BCG’s thought leadership and brand position across several topics and key themes
- Create channel specific social media strategies and content to ensure all channels provide unique value to audiences
- Stay on top of social media format trends and be a first mover to leverage them for content activations
- Create social media plans that clearly map out priority topics, themes, events, and always on content Collaborate with design and video teams to maintain and enhance social media creative and design

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Developing clear and comprehensive content strategies and then executing on them
- Working with stakeholders across several practice areas and lines of businesses
- Taking ideas/ insights and turning them into a creative execution
- Identifying new content trends and convincing others they are worth acting on swiftly
- Communicating transparently and connecting dots with other marketing teams
- Engaging and building relationships with senior leadership, agencies, and brand partners
- Challenging traditional thinking and pushing for better outcomes Brainstorming, mocking up and executing on creative assets using software

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- 5+ years’ experience in social media, preferably working in-house for a global corporation or organization
- In-depth working/technical knowledge of running social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
- A strong track record of setting high achieving KPIs/goals and reaching them
- Proven experience building highly effective social media content strategies that drive channel growth
- Proven experience interpreting social media data and using insights to tell stories and shape content and channel strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very good understanding of design and editing work
- Meticulous attention to detail, organized, and strong project management skills
- Demonstrated skill in multi-tasking in a fast-paced, changing environment Confident communicator and stakeholder manager

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
The Global Channels Social Media Senior Specialist will work with a team based across the UK, Germany, and the US. They will report to a Corporate Social Media Senior Manager. The Global Social Media Team is part of the broader Global Positioning and Communications Team
