**About the Role**:
We're on the hunt for a unicorn expert in social media, where pace and speed are key. This is a full-time opportunity available in Sydney or London, designed for someone who can navigate the fast-paced world of social media with grace and innovation. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving digital engagement, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Masterful management and growth of social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn.

Demonstrate a track record of significant social media following and engagement growth.

Create cutting-edge content for reels and TikTok that sets trends.

Quickly identify and capitalise on emerging trends to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.

Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand brand visibility.

Utilise advanced content creation tools proficiently.

Employ AI analytics for insightful strategy development.

Monitor and analyse social media metrics to drive ongoing growth.

Develop and maintain a compelling, globally resonant brand voice.

**Skills and Experience**:
A proven history of excellence in social media management and brand growth.

Expertise in digital media tools and platforms.

Strong analytical skills for strategic data interpretation.

Exceptional communication, creativity, and storytelling prowess.

**Key skills**:

- Social Media Marketing and Optimisation skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience in media planning and campaign management
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of social media platforms and current trends
- Previous experience in a similar role or in marketing and communications is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

**Desirables**:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Demonstrated success and experience in social media management.
