**Government Contracts Administrator**

**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Government Contracts Administrator, to join a large-independent, family-owned business based inMallusk.**

This is a Full-Time, permanent position

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5pm

Salary negotiable - £21k - £22k dependent on experience

**Essential Criteria**:

- Good level of IT literacy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience within an office environment

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Inputting details into the system
- Allocating vehicles for sale
- Daily/Weekly Reporting for clients
- Liaising with Government Vendors and Buyers
- Registering new customers and buyers
- Dealing with the public to answer general enquiries
- General administration for Government Contracts
- Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock
