We require a Facilities Projects Coordinator for a 6-month FTC (30hrs). Reporting to the Health, Safety and Facilities Lead, this role will support with key projects alongside the provision of efficient, customer focussed facilities management and Health and Safety services.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide support to Health, Safety and Facilities Lead on capital projects in planning, design, and inspection activities as assigned
- Oversee an office relocation and archiving digitalisation project; including liaising with external contractors
- Keeping organisation informed of project work progress and being main point of contact
- Assist with scheduling, setting up appointments, and responding to project requests
- Active involvement in ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Awareness of health and safety of the workplace and manual handling experience is essential for this role. You’ll also have a proactive approach along with the ability to coordinate and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

**Given the urgency of the project we are looking for someone who is available for immediate start.**

**Hours: full time (30 hours over 4 days)**
