Are you passionate about visitor experience? We are looking for two enthusiastic, hardworking, and positive customer service people to work at Aston Hall as Museum Enablers, on the following contract:
**Museum Enabler**

Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st March 2024

Hours: These are part-time roles, working Wednesday - Sunday including Bank Holidays. The working hours will generally be 11:45 - 16:15 with a 15 minute unpaid meal break. Due to our exciting programme of events there will be some requirements for evening work during this contract.

**Salary: £12,077 per annum**

In our historic building, cafe and shop, you’ll be ensuring that everyone who walks through the doors of our museum has a great experience These are the kind of experiences you’ll have working for us:
Selling memberships and tickets

Upselling guidebooks in the shop

Assisting visitors with access needs

Introducing the museum collections and sharing the stories of the Hall

Supporting event days
- everything from festivals to evening ghost tours

Supporting conference and banqueting such as venue hires and weddings

Making the perfect latte in our cafe and ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene

Interviews will take place on the **24th August 2023 **at Aston Hall. The panel will consist of Wayne Dixon (Museum Team Manager) plus another member of the Trust. Further information will be given in advance of the interview, including a copy of the interview questions to prepare and you will have an opportunity to express any reasonable adjustments you might need.
