Established for 30 years, Pygott & Crone are currently recruiting for a full-time social media and Content creator to work with all our departments. For this role you'll be a creative person that can transform ideas into amazing concepts and content. We’re looking for someone with good design, videography and editing skills and able to create and post outstanding content from concept to publish. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand and our clients brand presence and engaging with our audience across all platforms.

**Primary responsibilities** will include:
Content Creation: Create and develop compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that aligns with brand identity and values. Curate user-generated content and collaborate with clients, Social Media Management: Execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Manage day-to-day activities on their social media channels, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries and comments promptly. Monitor social media trends and analyse performance metrics to optimize content and drive engagement. Campaign Planning and Execution Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives. Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, including producing creative, campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.

You will be working mainly on internal projects but due to the nature of the role there will be the opportunity to work on external projects for our valued clients.

**Key skills**

A good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop are the 3 main pieces of software used on a daily basis, knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro would be beneficial.

- An understanding of social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- An understanding and interest in latest design trends, styles, layouts etc.
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.

You must have a great portfolio that clearly demonstrates your creative ability

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
