Job Summary:

We are seeking a Media Sales Executive to join our team at Select Recruitment Specialists in Lincoln. As a Media Sales Executive, you will be responsible for speaking with companies and agencies regarding print and digital content advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Building rapport with clients and understanding their advertising needs
  2. Working to targets and deadlines to meet sales goals
  3. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  4. Identifying new business opportunities and pitching to potential clients
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  1. Proven sales experience in a media or advertising environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills
  5. Confident and results-driven individual
