Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business plans, including forecasting and pipeline management, to drive revenue growth and performance targets.
- Lead the delivery of customer-focused strategies, ensuring a best-in-class sales team that consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
- Provide on-the-job and classroom training to aid in the development of your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage a high-performing sales team, including coaching, feedback, and development, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic commercial development, process planning, and analytical insights that drive business growth.
- Proven experience in media and advertising, with a strong track record of success in commercial and sales leadership roles.
- Previous experience in managing and training sales teams, with a focus on developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Strong analytical, data, and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and trends analysis, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
