Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services.
About the Role:- Meet with prospective customers to discuss our products and services
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- UK driving licence with no more than 8 points
- Positive, winning attitude
- Self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets
- Ability to think on your feet when handling objections
- Resilience to deal with rejections
- Basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions)
- Uncapped commission (pro-rata)
- Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees
- 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off (pro-rata)
- Option to buy and sell 5 days' leave
- Excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%

- Family Friendly policies, including neonatal leave, 14-week paternity leave, and carers leave
