**Account Director - Remote | UK**

Our client is a fast growing well reputed consultancy firm who are seeking a motivated Account Director to support their growth strategy.

About you:

- An excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and challenges and being solution orientated in solving these.
- Successful track record in growing client accounts.
- A self-starter with commercial acumen
- Strong problem solver that can deal with volatility, uncertainty, and complexity
- Ability to establish credibility and trust quickly, as well as balance the

obligation to be an advocate for both the organisation and services.

Role Overview:

- Create plans to address clients’ business needs.
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
- Act as key point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
- Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address

customers’ need.
- Maintain accurate client records on CRM system (Salesforce).
- Grow individual accounts and build long term relationships.
- Understand how to deliver excellence within GBS, Shared Services, BPO environments in

finance, operations, HR etc.

**Salary**: £120,000.00-£136,000.00 per year
