**Responsibilities**
- Provide daily administration support to assigned clients.
- Management and processing of all client administration processes; maintaining regular client contact and keeping them informed of progress.
- Deliver an efficient, friendly, and professional service for all clients, providers, professional partners, and visitors
- Answer incoming calls, taking initiative to deal with clients and enquiries.
- Liaise with clients to obtain information relating to project or workload pipeline.
- Input and maintain accurate client records on back-office system Monitor and, where necessary, chase outstanding debtors.
- Maintain the daily task tracker
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- To have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Ensure processes and workflows / tasks are followed in-line with standards

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes and desirably MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of Google Drive and MS Onedrive
- Good organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Takes personal responsibility for consistently delivering high quality work
- Discretion and confidentiality
