**BANKING ADMINISTRATOR**

Payments, people, and precision are three P’s that our payments department are passionate about. As a team they collectively work with high volumes of high value, actioning all payments and queries for our clients. Weatherbys are looking a Payments Administration to join our payments team in Wellingborough.

You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. As a Payments Administrator you will join the Operations department, carrying out day to day administration banking tasks to a high standard of accuracy. The role requires a high level of customer services to both internal and external clients via multiple communications methods.

**WHY JOIN US?**

We are looking to offer a salary of between £23,400 and £26,000 per annum DOE. In addition, you will receive 25 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays). **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE**
- Undertake assigned operational banking administration tasks including but not limited to, loading payments, reconciliation, standing orders, domestic and international payments
- Working within FCA/ PRA Regulatory requirements, acting as the first line of defence for business operations
- Work closely with internal stakeholder building strong relationships with Private Bankers, operational risk, training, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that the day-to-day administrations tasks for the payments team are adequately covered as required
- Ensure phone calls are answered within three rings and clients are Satisfied with the action and outcomes
- Deal with high volumes of data actioning all payment types and resolving queries for our clients

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount in this role, you will be working with large figures each day and these need to be accurate
- Previous administration experience is essential, ideally within a call centre, financial business, or other regulatory business
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will have the ability to communicate across all levels of the business and to all clients
- To always act with integrity to ensure GDPR and processes are followed at all time
- Ability to prioritise workloads
