Customer Service Administrator

An opportunity has arisen within the business for a Customer Service Administrator.
The overall focus is to deliver world-class customer service, in a fast-paced environment, to our customers, grow our business and contribute towards achieving and exceeding the organisation’s goals and targets.
**The key parts of the role will include**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Customer Service/Administration experience
- Providing product advice to customers
- Managing exception reports, liaising with clients/suppliers to resolve issues to resolution.
- Informing customers of prices, shipping dates and handling any related issues.
- Processing Telephone orders
- Answering inbound calls
- Chasing up quotes with customers
- Working with Sage 50 software and our website platforms
- Frequent communication with customers advising them of shipping information
- Sending quotations to customers. Filing quotes and orders
- Updating quotation files.
- Other duties as required from time to time
- Receive and record all claims, queries and credits, in line with agreed procedures, process through to resolution in line with Company procedures
- Previous experience in a Courier Shipping environment could be an advantage
