In this role, you will be joining a well established HR team and reporting to an experienced Head of HR. To add depth to their HR structure, a new role has been created for an Assistant HR Manager to take on line management responsibility for the HR Officersand Administrators. In addition, you will support the Head of HR with the delivery of the HR strategy, influencing stakeholders and representing the team at internal and external networking events.
This role requires you to work in the Headington office 3 days a week and is in a central location with limited parking opportunity, therefore we feel this is an opportunity that would best suit someone who is comfortable to take the park and ride bus, or wholives within walking distance of Headington.
You will be overseeing the day to day running of the HR service, ensuring the service is compliant with processes and relevant legislation. You will provide managers with advice and guidance in line with company policy and HR best practice and support themthrough changes to process and ways of working, developing strong relationships with your stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor. There is ample opportunity to take on tasks and projects to develop your own capability and knowledge and this is somethingthe Head of HR is really excited about as the development of the team is something very important to them,
Our client is willing to look at a Senior HR Advisor ready to step up into their first management role or someone already operating as a HR Manager who would like to take on an opportunity that is new and a blank canvas to make their own.
