**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Provide a front-line service for all service user enquiries, responding to telephone and face to face enquiries in an efficient, tactful and professional manner, redirecting calls, taking action as appropriate.
- Copy type/audio type medical reports which will contain medical/clinical terminology and general correspondence as indicated.
- Clear a back log of audio typing in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for maintaining, developing and managing all aspects of administrative support.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Audio typing skills, preferably from a medical background or someone from a Legal background will be considered.
- Experience of using Systm1 is highly desirable but full training will be provided.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft office programmes.
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience._
