**The Role**

As a UX Designer, you will ensure our digital products truly represent our customers and meet their needs by installing effective regimes for measuring and demonstrating improvements in usability and user engagement. You will translate business requirements, user needs and technical requirements into engaging designs, contributing to product design processes and taking the lead where appropriate.
