We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Health Care Assistant** to join our team here at Walfinch Reigate and Horsham branch.

**Key Health Care Assistant responsibilities**:

- Each client is different, but your duties may include; preparing and cooking meals, light housekeeping, personal care, companionship, shopping and administration of medication.
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and adhere to care plans and risk assessments.
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
- Being a really fun person who is reliable and a team player.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
