My client has a portfolio which includes 18 crematoria, cemeteries and memorial parks, an online funeral service provider and bereavement services consulting business. their mission is to provide exceptional standards of service, facility and products to the families who use our services.

The estate planning provides products and services to people to assist with later life planning including Will’s, Power of Attorney, Equity Release and whole of life insurance products. We are currently looking for an expand our team with the introduction of a motivated and customer focused Estate Planner To grow this part of the company we are looking to expand our team with the introduction of a customer focused later Will writing administrator.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
The post holder shall:

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
- Contact customers who have purchased a service from us and take instruction producing the Estate planning documents that the customer has purchased.
- Provide all documents to a high level of accuracy and quality.
- Provide solutions to customers who have requested information on Estate planning services,
- Be comfortable to work in a client facing role to nurture new clients and develop new business,
- Attention to detail and good focus on detail.
- Team player who can also work on their own initiative.
- Reliable individual with excellent time management and time keeping skills.
- Respects deadlines and targets,

**Experience Requirements**
- Good communications skills are essential as post holders will need to adapt and tailor communication to the client.
- Experience in writing Wills and providing advice on Power of attorneys is desirable,
- Excellent customer service skills with a willing and positive attitude are also key to this role.

**Education Qualifications**
English and Maths desirable and at Standard grade a minimum requirement.
